Lyearn is an employee productivity tool. It offers features like Library, Sessions, OKRs, 1-on-1, Praise & Feedback, and Community, Performance Reviews, etc. for the overall growth of employees. Though Lyearn pivoted to become an employee productivity tool in 2022, most of the clients still use it as a Learning Management System (LMS) heavily.
Clients create a lot of content and sessions on the platform to help their employees/customers upskill. While a lot of content/sessions were created and consumed, a lot of feedback was also taken for each content/session via Surveys for analysis purposes.
In B2B space, especially for our clients, it was a common practice to export data from the platform for various reasons (Eg: Presenting to other stakeholders). Survey responses was not different.
And, we did have an easy-to-use and flexible export feature that allowed users to get the exact data that they wish to in the export with the help of filters, however, clients needed a way to automate the process of exporting survey responses.

Admins who were responsible for managing the company’s workspace on Lyearn were the target users for this feature as they are the only ones who are allowed to export survey data.
